Aduana FC head coach Cioba Aristica has acknowledged that his team is currently in a challenging phase following the first round of the Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Ogya lads ended the first round with 18 points after a 1-1 draw with Basake Holy Stars on Sunday at the AAK II Sports Arena.
The Dormaa-based side won three games, drew nine, and lost five, finishing 12th in the league standings after 17 matches.
“The fans are my family. They trust me a lot, but my team has a lot of problems. I understand everybody because we are in a difficult moment,” he said during his post-match interview.
The two-time champions will travel to Kpando Sports Stadium to face Heart of Lions in week 18 on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
