Belgium-based attacker Joseph Paintsil made an instant impact when he came off the bench to set up the equaliser for the Black Stars in their 1-1 2023 AFCON qualifier against Angola.
The KRC Genk man, who replaced Abdul Samed Salis on the hour mark, rattled the crossbar with a ferocious strike in the 78th minute.
Paintsil, who was shockingly left out of the Ghana squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, has now set up two goals in 2 goals for Chris Hughton’s side in the double-header against the Palancas Negras.
