Paris Saint-Germain dropped their first points of the 2022/23 season last time out and will now meet with a Toulouse side coming into this one off the back of tasting defeat in Ligue 1 for the first time this campaign.
PSG went behind to their rivals Monaco in the first half and needed a penalty from Neymar 20 minutes from time in order to remain unbeaten after four games in the French top flight.

It does, however, still leave Neymar top of the Ligue 1 charts for assists and goals, with six each after just four games in the league, while also ending the penalty drama between him and Kylian Mbappe in the process.
The Ligue 1 champions are still sitting with 18 goals scored after four games and just four let in as well, however, they have only managed to keep one clean sheet so far.
What’s more, with a 4-0 win over Nantes in the Trophee des Champions, PSG have also won a trophy and scored 22 goals so far across all competitions.
Despite the draw with Monaco, Lionel Messi and co. have still managed to hammer Clermont Foot 5-0, Montpellier 5-2, and Lille 7-1 in the first three games of the season.
As for Toulouse, their run so far has seen them lose just once after a 3-1 defeat to Nantes last weekend which still puts them in 10th so far after four games. Zakaria Aboukhlal scored for Toulouse that day for Toulouse to give his side the lead before conceding three second half goals.
The club’s only victory in the league so far came at the hands of Troyes, with Rafael Ratao and former Cardiff City man Rhys Healey scoring a goal each alongside an own goal. Toulouse drew with Lorient 2-2 shortly afterwards, while also drawing with Nice 1-1 on the opening day as well.
PSG have simply been too good so far this season. The club have been scoring goals in a greater capacity than any other side in Europe’s top five leagues, and despite the recent draw with Monaco, it does seem as if Messi, Mbappe and Neymar are finally starting to find a rhythm with one another.
Forebet predicts a win here for PSG, and for the game to see over 2.5 goals, with only one of Toulouse’s games so far seeing under 2.5 goals this campaign, likewise with PSG after the recent tie last weekend.
