Tuesday 7.45pm: Ireland v Switzerland
Friendly match at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin
TV: Virgin Media Two & Viaplay

Hopefully it’ll be a great occasion for John O’Shea as interim manager of the Republic of Ireland. But, I think it’ll be a tight one against Switzerland.

The Swiss haven’t had a great deal of success lately, of their last eight games they’ve drawn seven, won one and lost one and that win was a 3-0 win against Andorra. I think this is a good chance for Ireland, and John O’Shea to register a win.

I’m expecting Sammie Szmodics to play and score, he’s having a wonderful season at Blackburn, he’s scored 21 goals this season. I’m going for Ireland to Win 2-1 so we can back Ireland to Win and Both Teams to Score.

I also think there will be Over 2.5 Goals in the game and that Sammy Szmodics will Score at least one of those.
