Arsenal star, Thomas Partey’s boyhood club Revelation FC have been promoted to the Greater Accra Second Division League.
The Ashaiman based club defeated rivals Ashaiman Juventus 2-0 at the Sakasaka park to earn qualification to the third tier of Ghana football.
Forward Isaac Gborvison and Shadrack Nettey- the game’s man of the match- scored the two goals that secured Revelation FC victory.
“From the management, coach and players will like thank our supporters for their undying support through out this journey and also thank our President of Revelation for this massive achievement, this wouldn’t have been possible without the contribution of all of us .. May the almighty Allah continue to bless everyone,” wrote the club on their Facebook page.
“Congratulations once again to us for the qualification and promise to never fail ASHAIMAN for the opportunity given to us,” added the club.
Revelation FC will find their group in next season’s division two in the coming weeks.
