This is the time we need our supporters more, says Coach David Ocloo after Kotoko’s defeat to Nations FC

Assistant coach of Asante Kotoko, David Ocloo has called on fans to keep supporting the team amid the current poor run.

The Porcupine Warriors on Sunday night lost 1-0 to Nations FC in their Week 3 encounter of the Ghana Premier League campaign.

Speaking after the game, assistant coach David Ocloo said it was unfortunate Asante Kotoko missed out on the win.

In his post-match interview, he pleaded with fans to forgive the team.

“The fans should forgive us with such a result but they should keep supporting us because this is the time we need them most so they shouldn’t neglect us.

“I think today our boys came to the party, well organized and disciplined but it’s unfortunate we didn’t get the needed point,” Coach David Ocloo said.

The defeat to Nations FC on Sunday means Asante Kotoko have lost four successive matches in the Ghana Premier League.
