The figure that situates Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus among best dribblers at 2022 World Cup
Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus is having a great debut campaign at his first ever World Cup in Qatar.
The 22 year old has scored two goals, provided an assist and bagged one man of the match award after two rounds of matches.
Another remarkable statistic is the fact that the Ajax Amsterdam star has completed 5 dribbles in the two Group games against Portugal and South Korea with a 62% success rate.
A figure that sees him ranked among the very best at the tournament so far.
Only Argentina’s Angel Di Maria – 7 dribbles (50% success rate), French winger Ousmane Dembele – 6 (50%), Germany attacker Jamal Musiala – 6 (37%), Canada duo Alphonso Davies – 6 (35%), and Tajon Buchanan – 6 (33%) have completed more in the same time-frame.
Kudus will look to continue his purple patch when the Black Stars face Uruguay in their final Group game on Friday.
