Special Ice Company Limited, a natural mineral water production company has donated hundred packs of bottled water to the Local Organizing committee (LOC) of the West Africa Football Union Zone B (WAFUB) U-20 Girls Cup of Nations.
This donation is to aid the activities of selected young girls who will be working as ball retrievers during the competition. The Items were received by Chairman of the Committee Osei Tutu Agyemang who doubles as chairman of the Ashanti Regional Football Association.
The LOC also seized the opportunity to take the selected Girls (ball retrievers) through a one-day training on the do’s and don’ts as well as their core roles during the competition.
The inaugural WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup of Nations, taking place in Kumasi will kick off on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
