Slovakia are safe from relegation in UEFA Nations League C. Now, the Slovakians will play Belarus on the final day of League C Group 3 matches at the TSC Arena.
Belarus have been relegated from UEFA Nations League C. The Belarussians have two points from five matches in the group stage. Their 2-1 loss to Kazakhstan on Thursday sealed relegation from League C.

Slovakia manager Francesco Calzona could not get the team promoted to League B. The Slovakians recorded six points from five matches. They could finish as high as second place with a win against Belarus and an Azerbaijan loss or draw versus Kazakhstan.
Calzona’s team is seven points off first-place Kazakhstan. The Kazaks will play UEFA Nations League B football in the next edition of the tournament. Slovakia will continue to play in League C.
Belarus are the No. 96 ranked team in the world, according to FIFA’s rankings. Manager Georgy Kondratyev led the team to just two wins in the last six matches. Belarus defeated India 3-0 and Bahrain 1-0, but their last four fixtures all ended without victories.
The reverse fixture between these teams ended 1-0 in favour of Slovakia. Tomas Suslov scored the match’s only goal in the 61st minute to give Slovakia the win.
Slovakia have a stronger squad with players in leagues from around the world. Goalkeeper Martin Dubravka could start, although he hasn’t seen much first-team action at Man United this season.
Defender Peter Pekarik has 112 caps for the national team. Although Pekarik is 35, he remains an important player for the squad. Calzona could rotate the side, with this being the final match of the group stage.
Belarus’s squad is almost entirely players from the country’s domestic league. Goal scoring is not Belarus’s strength. They scored just two goals in the opening five matches in the group.
Nerman Grodno striker Pavel Savitsky leads the national team in goals with six international strikes. Astana defender Dzyanis Palyakow is the team’s leader in international caps with 49.
Kondratyev could play his strongest side to give Belarus’s top players the chance to play a difficult international match. Belarus have not won a UEFA Nations League match this edition, and Kondratyev will want to get a victory in the competition.
Slovakia won 1-0 against Belarus on matchday No. 1 of League C Group 3. The Slovakians will be confident of winning a second time against the already relegated Belarussians.
