Skyy FC share spoils with Asekem, Holy Stars beat Venomous Vipers – Zone Two results

Skyy FC dropped valuable points yet again in the Access Bank Division One League as they drew goalless with Asekem FC at St. Martins Park. Skyy FC lost to PAC Academy on Matchday 12 and needed the points to close the gap on leaders Basake Hoy Stars, but their efforts wasn’t good enough as thy were held at home. Both sides played so well but couldn’t find the back of the net. Andrews Cobbinah of Skyy FC was named player of the match.

Elsewhere, Future Stars recorded a 2-1 victory over Swedru All Blacks at the Okese Park in Ejisu. Abdul Rawuf Abubakar scored a brace in the 41st and 44th minutes to give his side all the points. Silvanus Atta got one consolation goal for Swedru All Blacks in the 85th minute.

Still in the Zone, Ebusua Dwarfs shared the spoils with bottom placed Young Red Bull at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium in Cape Coast. Emmanuel Ifeanyi of Ebusua Dwarfs was named player of the match.
