Antoine Semenyo is set to join Manchester City, with the transfer deal reportedly agreed upon with Bournemouth for a £65 million transfer fee.
The Ghanaian winger has chosen City over other top Premier League clubs, citing a desire to work under Pep Guardiola’s management.
Semenyo is expected to undergo medical tests on Thursday, after which he’ll sign a long-term deal with the Citizens.
This move marks a significant addition to City’s attacking lineup, which already features Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, and Jeremy Doku.
Semenyo’s versatility and ability to play across the front three make him a valuable asset for Guardiola’s team.
Bournemouth, who acquired Semenyo from Bristol City in January 2023, will receive a substantial windfall from the sale, with Bristol City entitled to 20% of the profit.
