Ghana-founded Right to Dream Academy has been recognised as the world’s most visionary youth organisation after winning the Globe Soccer Award for Best Academy in 2025.

The prestigious honour was presented by former England defender Rio Ferdinand and received by the academy’s Chairman, Sir Mohamed Mansour.

Established in Ghana in 1999 by Tom Vernon, Right to Dream has grown into a global institution with operations across Africa, Europe and the United States.

Beyond producing elite footballers for top European leagues, the academy has built a reputation for developing well-rounded leaders through education and character building.

Graduates of the academy continue to shine on the global stage, reinforcing its long-term impact on football and society.

Notable alumni include Ghana stars Mohammed Kudus and Ernest Nuamah, Burkina Faso’s Adamo Nagalo and Côte d’Ivoire winger Simon Adingra.

The award further cements Right to Dream’s status as a trailblazer in youth development worldwide.
