Striker Razak Simpson scored a stunning late free-kick in injury time as Nations FC bagged the maximum against the Wonder Club.
The Abrankese side have now extended their unbeaten run at home to 13 games.
They are currently on top of the Premier League with 43 points while Olympics drop to 11th position with 31 points.
Nations FC will play away to Real Tamale United in their next encounter and Great Olympics play at home to Bechem United.
