President Simeon-Okraku visits Black Queens ahead of Namibia clash

President Simeon-Okraku has visited the Black Queens at their training ground in Accra ahead of the crucial Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations final round 1st leg qualifier against Namibia.

The “Black Queens” need to beat the “Brave Gladiators” of Namibia over two legs to secure qualification to next year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco.

President Simeon-Okraku was in the company of General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo, Black Stars head coach, Chris Hughton and Head of Women’s Football at the Technical Directorate, Ama Brobey Williams.

President Okraku encouraged the playing body and technical team to put up a good show on Friday in their quest for a place in next year’s tournament.

The game is scheduled for 3:30pm kick off at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, December 1, 2023.
