The Executive Board Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV, has revealed that preparations are far advanced for the club to announce the issue of rights for interested parties to buy.
Togbe Afede XIV said this will enable the club raise additional finances so the club can execute future projects.
He made these comments at the Phobians’ sixth Annual General Meeting being held on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Speaking at the meeting, Togbe said, “To strengthen the finances of the club so that it can pursue its mission, the board announced some time ago, plans for a rights issue of shares to raise additional capital.
The business magnate then added that, “I am happy to announce that preparations are far advanced for the rights issue to be done.”
Hearts of Oak have presently constructed their own training facilities at Pobiman that are yet to be fully completed but are operation and said the next line of action is to construct stands for the training facility.
