Officials of Ghana Premier League sponsors betPawa visit GFA Secretariat

Top Officials of Premier League sponsors, betPawa paid a working visit to the headquarters of the Ghana Football Association on Thursday, September 29, 2022.

The visit was to discuss ways of enhancing the image of the nation’s topflight league and to identify how the two organizations can mutually benefit from the sponsorship relationship.

The officials of betPawa also took the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the operational functions of the GFA Competitions department as well as the Marketing department.

betPawa was represented at the meeting by Raquel Puig — Project Manager,  Rait Roop—Head of Regional marketing Manager, Hannah Clifford— Chief Marketing Officer, Siya Mawisa—Regional marketing manager, Nii Armah Ashong-Katai—PR & Sponsorship Specialist and Sena Kpodo —PR Representative.

GFA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo lead the GFA team that met the League sponsors with Head of Marketing Jamil Maraby and other GFA Staff also present.

betPawa were announced as Headline sponsors of the Ghana Premier league  last month after a agreeing a deal worth $6 million over a period of three years.

As part of the deal, a  betPawa Park will be constructed at the Ghamaman Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
