Coach Milovan Rajevac has refused to rule out a possible return to the Black Stars, insisting “no one knows what the future holds.”
The 68-year-old was axed by the Ghana Football Association for this year’s disappointing Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Ghana had a point to show for in three matches of the AFCON – losing the opener to Morocco, drawing with Gabon and suffering a defeat at the hands of debutants, Comoros in a five-goal thriller.
However, the serbian tactician is ready to make a return, should an offer comes from the Ghana FA.
“No one knows what the future holds. Ghana is my second home, so if another opportunity arises for me to come there, I will consider it seriously,”Coach Milovan Rajevac told Kumasi based Akoma FM.
“Last time I didn’t have enough time to implement everything I wanted like the first time in Ghana. In order to achieve great targets, time is of the essence.” He added
Milovan Rajevac led the Black Stars of Ghana to the historic FIFA World Cup quarter finals in South Africa 2010.
