No concrete deal for Ghana Under-20 captain Lawrence Lartey

There are no concrete offers for Ashantigold defender Lawrence Lartey despite the reported interest of many stellar clubs abroad, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.

The Ghana Under-20 captain has attracted interest from many clubs abroad after excelling at the 2013 FIFA World Youth Championship in Turkey.

Ashantigold rejected R1-million offer from South African side Ajax Cape Town two weeks ago.

Clubs in Turkey and elsewhere have made enquiries about his availabity but the meager fee being quoted has stalled any potential move.

Ashantigold are determined to cash-in on the player and will only allow him to leave for the right prize.

The ex-Nania FC player’s valuation has shot up after his stellar performance at the global youth tournament in Turkey.
