Nations FC is a stubborn side so we need not to be complacent – Samartex coach Nurudeen Amadu

Samartex coach Nurudeen Amadu says his side will not be complacent when they take on Nations FC in the week 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Timber giants inflicted a 2-1 away win over Aduana Stars to open five points lead at the top of the league table.

Baba Musah opened the scoring for Samartex after just eight minutes into the game before Emmanuel Keyekeh scored a belter to seal victory for the visitors.

The home team grabbed the consolation goal through Sampson Cobbinah in the 75th minute mark.

Nurudeen Amadu, who sees the Abrankese outfit as a stubborn side says they will not be swollen headed when they take on Nations FC this weekend.

“It’s a tough match. They are stubborn side so we need not to be complacent or swollen headed. We have to go all out against Nations FC. Every match is crucial as we aspire to get far this season” he said.

Samartex are on top of the Ghana Premier League table with 35 points.
