Nations FC head coach Frimpong Manso has voiced strong dissatisfaction with the attitude of some members of his squad.
The experienced tactician has recorded only one win in four games since replacing Kasim Mingle in the dugout.
His frustration peaked after their 2–1 loss to Berekum Chelsea, a match he felt exposed a lack of seriousness within the team.
“Those who want to play, I will let them play, and it does not matter who you are. If you are not serious and you don’t want to play for the team, I don’t care, but I am going to go for those who are serious,” he told Vision FM.
He added that he attempted to bring the group together upon his arrival, but some players continue to show disappointing behaviour.
“When I was appointed, I tried to unite the team but still some of the players the way they behave, some of them are not serious, and if it is intentional or not, I don’t want to tone that line but those who are serious, they will play and those that are not ready to go with me, I leave them behind,” he said.
Nations FC currently sit 14th on the Ghana Premier League table with 10 points.
The team now turns attention to a difficult home fixture against defending champions Bibiani GoldStars.
