Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso will miss Las Palmas clash against Barcelona on Friday through suspension.
The 25-year-old received his tenth yellow card of the campaign in his side’s 2-0 defeat against Sevilla.
Wakaso played his 14th game for the relegation threatened side over the weekend but will painfully sit out the next game which is against high flying Barcelona.
The on-loan midfielder is enjoying his best run in the team after featuring in every game for the club this year.
His absence for the game against Barcelona at home will come as a massive blow to coach quique Setien who will have to make do without his hard working Ghanaian who has proved vital in the last six games.
