Lazio v Udinese

Serie A match at the Stadio Olimpico, Rome
TV: TNT Sports, Monday, 7:45pm

Both Teams to Score

Lazio’s form has pretty much nosedived since their 1-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions Leage on Valentine’s Day. Since then, the Eagles have played five games, winning just one and losing four. Their home Serie A form is a bit better with two wins, one draw, and two losses, scoring five goals while conceding four.

Udinese are just a point above the relegation zone at the time of writing but over their last five fixtures have been proving very tough to beat. They’ve won one, drawn three, and lost one over those five matches. Away from home, they’ve won one, drawn two, and lost two, scoring four and conceding seven. Both sides need a win for different reasons, Lazio are six points away from the European places while the away side is fighting for survival. Both Teams to Score should be landing here.

Chelsea v Newcastle

Premier League match at Stamford Bridge, London
TV: Sky Sports Premier League/Main Event, Monday, 8pm

Nicholas Jackson to have 1 or more Shots on Target

Both teams come into this Monday night clash with a ridiculous amount of injuries but are in similar enough form. Chelsea have won two and drawn three (losing one in extra time) of their last five but their home league form of four wins and one loss shouldn’t be dismissed, where they scored 10 and conceded seven.

Newcastle have won two, drawn two (winning one in penalties), and lost one over their last five while their away Premier League form has seen Toon winning two and losing three, scoring nine while conceding 12.

Nicholas Jackson has hit some form of late, scoring two over his last two match and with an average of 2.2 shots per game he should be landing at least one on target.

Don’t forget about our new Super Sub offer where if you back a player in certain markets, if they’re substituted their picks transfer over to who they’ve been replaced by. Read more about Paddy Power’s Super Sub offer here.

Alexander Isak & Anthony Gordon to have 1 or more Shots on Target

Newcastle’s forward option do look a bit better coming into the match. Alexander Isak has scored one since his return from injury and, while coming in off the wing, Anthony Gordon has scored three over his last five for Eddie Howe’s side. With both players averaging 2.2 shots per game on average we reckon they’ll be eager to take on Dorde Petrovic between the Chelsea sticks.

Almeria v Sevilla

La Liga match at the Power Horse Stadium, Almeria
TV: Viaplay, Monday, 8pm

Sevilla to Win

Almeria have amassed a paltry nine points over their La Liga season so far, all of which came from draws. Over their last five in the league, they’ve drawn three and lost two while on home soil have drawn four and lost one, scoring just two goals, both of which coming in the same game.

Sevilla are climbing back up the table and have lost just one of their last six in the league, winning three, and drawing two in the other five. Away from home things haven’t gone well at all but that recent form, where they’ve scored six over their last five means they should have enough to be outsourcing the hosts. We’re backing Sevilla to Win.
