Mohammed Kudus suffered an injury in Tottenham Hotspur’s clash against Sunderland, and was forced off after 19 minutes.
The Ghanaian forward had been instrumental in Spurs’ attacking play this season, with two goals and five assists in 19 Premier League appearances.
Kudus had previously missed Spurs’ Champions League win over Copenhagen and Manchester United due to a minor knock at the tail end of 2025.
His return was anticipated, given his significant impact on the team.
The extent of the injury against Sunderland is yet to be known but the Ghanaian was in discomfort as he made his way out of the pitch, escorted by two medical personnel from Spurs.
Kudus was replaced by French forward Kolo Muani.
