West Ham United new signing Kalvin Philip has expressed his joy to play alongside Ghanaian attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus after signing for the Hammers.
The English international joined the London-based side on loan from Manchester City in the ongoing January transfer window.
Kudus has scored six goals and an assist in 16 EPL games in the Premier League this term.
“I’m just so excited to get going. I know the quality of the environment I’m coming into,” He said.
“You look at players like Lucas Paquetá and Mohammed Kudus, and the whole squad in truth, and it’s not hard to get excited.”
Kudus could be available for West Ham’s next outing after Ghana was booted out of the group stages of Africa Cup of Nations.
