Medeama Sporting Club Chief Executive Officer James Essilfie has paid glowing tribute to departing right back Kamaradini Mamudu, describing his final appearance for the club as a memorable and fitting send-off.
Speaking to the club’s media team following Kamaradini’s transfer to Sudanese giants Al Hilal Omdurman, Essilfie reflected on the defender’s standout performance in Medeama’s 3-1 victory last Sunday.
The attacking full-back signed off in style, scoring two goals in his final outing for the Mauve and Yellows — a moment the CEO said perfectly captured the player’s impact and connection with the club.
“Kamaradini gave our supporters and the people of Tarkwa a farewell they will always remember. Scoring twice in his final match sums up the player he has been for us,” Essilfie said.
Essilfie wished the defender success in the next chapter of his career, adding that his final display in Medeama colours will remain a special and unforgettable moment in the club’s history.
