Legon Cities goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi reveals beating Asante Kotoko 3-1 was tough

Legon Cities FC goalkeeper, Eric Ofori Antwi has disclosed that his team had a tough game during the last Ghana Premier League game against Asante Kotoko.

The experienced shot-stopper was in post for the Royals last Sunday when the team locked horns with the matchday 26 opponent.

Thanks to a brace from Hans Kwofie and a strike from Michael Otuo, Legon Cities FC managed to record a 3-1 win at the end of the game.

Speaking after a game where he displayed impressive form, goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi said his team did not have it easy.

“Beating Asante Kotoko at their own backyard came with great feelings but unfortunately I could not celebrate because it’s my former team.

“To be honest, it’s my job am doing, however, it was a tough game”, the goalkeeper told Subanpa FM in an interview.

Meanwhile, Eric Ofori Antwi has disclosed that he is open to rejoining Asante Kotoko if only the club needs him.
