Legon Cities demolished Ho Dynamo FC 6-2 in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

Former Berekum Chelsea defender Frederick Ofori scored a brace in the 17th and 21st minutes, giving the Royals an early advantage.

Striker Emmanuel Afetor also found the net twice, in the 27th and 33rd minutes, briefly giving the Division Two side hope by leveling the score.

Denis Adoma, who recently joined the Royals from Medeama SC, restored the lead in the 37th minute, and Ishmael Amoah doubled it to 4-2 before the halftime break.

Albert Yeboah added the fifth goal before Ebenezer Amegah sealed the victory.

The technical team, led by Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin, remain keen to build a formidable squad ahead of the upcoming season.

They are expected to retain their slot and compete in the Ghanaian top-flight competition.
