Kotoko forward Frank Mbella labels Accra Lions as one of the best teams in the Ghana Premier League –

Asante Kotoko’s Cameroonian forward Frank Etouga Mbella has identified Ghana Premier League newcomers Accra Lions as one of the best he has played against. 

Mbella netted a hat-trick when Asante Kotoko beat Accra Lions 3-1 in Kumasi but admitted they are a well organised side.

Accra Lions have been n fine form in the second round of the Ghana Premier League, and are currently unbeaten in their last five games.

After a false start, the Accra-based side sit ten on the Ghana Premier League table with 44th points, just four points separating them from a top four spot with two games remaining.

“Hearts of Oak has been the toughest side, when I came I was told about the rivalry but I later realized that they talk too much so it made enjoyed it the most when I scored against them. Also Accra Lions is a very good side,” he told Opemsuo Radio.

Asante Kotoko will face Accra Lions in the final game of the season in Accra.
