Kotoko and Samuel Tenadu Part Ways: Midfielder’s Contract Terminated

Published: 7 months ago
Ghana Premier League

Asante Kotoko SC and midfielder Samuel Tenadu have parted ways with immediate effect, with the club wishing him well in his future endeavors.

Tenadu, who joined the Porcupine Warriors in summer 2024 from Legon Cities, had his contract terminated due to recurring injuries that limited him to a few matches.

Despite signing a three-year deal, his time at the club was cut short, and he’s now a free agent exploring new opportunities.

Tenadu was initially highly rated for his tenacity and work rate, but persistent injury setbacks disrupted his progress.

Asante Kotoko’s Interim Management Committee confirmed the termination, citing ongoing restructuring efforts to strengthen the team.
