King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadou wasn’t sacked [Asempa FM SportsNite] —

Nurudeen Amadu resigned from his role as head coach of King Faisal and wasn’t fired as it is being reported, according to Kumasi-based broadcast journalist Jonathan Asiedu.

Nurudeen stepped down from his position at the Kumasi-based club following their loss to bottom-placed Elmina Sharks at the Nduom Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The defeat summed up the Green and Whites’ porous form in recent times as they succumbed to their sixth defeat in a row.

Speaking to Enoch Worlanyo on Asempa FM’s Sports Nite show on Monday night, Asiedu confirmed the coach resigned.

“I can confirm that the coach resigned from his job and wasn’t sacked as it has been reported,” he said.

Faisal have failed to score a goal in their last 6 games but, have conceded 7 in the process.
