King Faisal recorded 2-1 victory over league leaders, Basake Holy Stars at home. Abdul Hussein scored the first goal for the league leaders in the 13th minute but Nasiru Osam Eblah equalized in the 44th minute. Emmanuel Nketiah netted the winning goal for King Faisal in the 50th minute to get them the 3 points.
In Swedru, Swedru All Blacks shared the spoils at home against Skyy FC. The game fully dominated by the home side but the visitors kept their composure to steal a point from Swedru. Skyy FC are second in the League log – 4 points behind leaders Basake Holy Stars.
Young RedBull pip Future Stars to breath new life into their fight for survival. Kojo Aggrey scored the only goal of the game in the 43rd minute to hand Young Red Bull their third win of the season.
