Former Ghana defender, Anthony Baffoe, has praised Dreams FC for their historic performance in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Still Believe lads were eliminated from the competition after a 3-0 defeat to Zamalek FC in the semi-finals’ second leg at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Despite being debutants, Dreams took the African continent by storm, rising to the occasion and proudly representing Ghana against all odds.

“Dreams FC, keep your head up and high !you fought a good fight. You have written history for your club and yourselves -we are proud of you -thank you to the wonderful people of Kumasi who came in numbers !!! Wonderful. Gods time is always the best,” wrote the legendary Ghanaian footballer.

The Dawu-based outfit will now turn their attention to the Ghana Premier League, where they have three games in hand.
