England-Ghana right-back Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Millwall from Bolton on a free transfer, completing a move between two Championship clubs.
The 27-year-old, who was born in Slough, becomes a Millwall player after two seasons with Bolton. He made 82 League One appearances during his career, scoring three goals and providing four assists, while also recording 12 Championship appearances.
Osei-Tutu is a right-footed defender who stands 1.76m tall. His arrival gives Millwall a player with experience in both English and German football, having previously played for VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga.
He joined Bolton from Bochum in August 2024. Before moving permanently to Germany, Osei-Tutu spent time in Arsenal’s youth system and made loan appearances for Cardiff, Nottingham Forest and Rotherham.
His most productive spell in terms of goals came in Germany’s second tier, where he scored five times in 21 appearances for Bochum. He also made 20 Bundesliga appearances, while his wider career record includes games in the EFL Trophy, EFL Cup, Greek Super League and domestic cup competitions.
Osei-Tutu began his development at Reading before joining Arsenal’s academy in 2015. He progressed from Arsenal’s under-18 side to the under-23 squad and was part of the Arsenal team that finished as Europa League runners-up in the 2018-19 season.
He later helped Rotherham United win the Football League Trophy during the 2021-22 campaign. That season also included a loan spell with the League One club before he returned to Arsenal’s under-23 side.
The defender has now returned to the Championship after Bolton’s spell in the division. His move to Millwall was completed on 21 August 2026, with his contract running until 30 June 2027.
