Veteran Ghanaian coach Jimmy Corbblah has expressed his delight, having been appointed as the new head coach of Karela United.
The experienced trainer signed a two-year deal with the Nzema-based club, replacing Abukari Damba who guided the team to safety in the 2023/24 league season.
Speaking during his unveiling on Thursday, Corbblah stated,: “Am thrilled to joined Karela United and excited to work with the players and the staff who are very known in the game as well as the supporters to achieve success. I share the clubs vision and values, and am eager to get started,” he stated.
Corbblah is tasked with building a formidable squad ahead of the upcoming season and ensuring the team maintains its Premier League status.
He previously managed clubs like Inter Allies and King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League.
