Ghanaian midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp has expressed his ambition to score more goals in the English Premier League season with Crystal Palace.
Schlupp scored in three consecutive pre-season matches, demonstrating his potential to contribute offensively.
However, he was an unused substitute in the win over Everton in their season opener.
With only two goals in 29 appearances last season, the 31-year-old aims to improve his goal tally in the 2024/25 campaign.
“My goal target is to score more than I did last season,” Schlupp told Crystal Palace TV.
“I’m happy with my pre-season form, and I hope to carry that momentum into the Premier League. Ultimately, I want to contribute to a successful season for the team, whether through goals or assists.”
