Italian club Castiglione have secured the signing of Ghanaian winger Thomas Boafo ahead of the new Eccellenza season.

Born in 2003, Boafo joins after a stint with professional side Giana Erminio, bringing with him experience and explosive pace.

Renowned for his energy and relentless drive, he is expected to provide width, power, and aggression down the right flank.

Castiglione described him as a “relentless mastiff with a lion’s heart”, a clear signal of the club’s belief in his fearless style of play.

The young winger is eager to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in red and blue.

His arrival forms part of Castiglione’s wider effort to strengthen their squad for a competitive Eccellenza campaign.

Boafo is set to begin training with the team as pre-season preparations ramp up.
