Inter Allies coach Herbert Addo slates players despite away draw at Edubiase

Herbert Addo criticized his Inter Allies players for their lackluster performance in the 0-0 draw at New Edubiase on Sunday.

The home side dominated play but it was goalkeeper Kwame Baah’s dexterity saved the “Eleven Is To One”.

One would have thought, Addo will be satisfied with the point earned but he lashed out at his players for not giving their best.

“I don’t know what happened today. My players looked heavy, they looked dull, they were not able to play, as they know they can play,” Addo said in a post-match interview.

“Although we got a draw, I personally, I’m not very happy because the chances we created should have been put away but over elaboration by my forwards and the midfielders killed the game.

“We were prepared to fight, especially thirty minutes to the end, we were prepared to fight and maintain the status at it was.

“We played a draw, we got one point but the three would have been better.”
