Injured Ghanaian forward Nathaniel Opoku expresses gratitude to fans for support

Ghanaian international Nathaniel Opoku has taken to social media to express his gratitude toward fans for their support during his recovery from a serious injury.

Opoku has been sidelined for several months after suffering a double leg fracture while playing for OH Leuven against Westerlo.

The striker, currently on loan at sister club OH Leuven from Leicester City, recently underwent surgery following a collision during the 1-1 draw with Westerlo.

He entered the game as a late substitute but was unfortunately stretchered off and taken directly to the hospital just six minutes later.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, the Ghanaian attacker thanked everyone for their encouraging messages.
