Ghana international, Iñaki Williams marked his 350th outing in Athletic Bilbao colours with a goal in a 2-2 draw away to Getafe in a 2022/23 Spanish LaLiga match-day 10 fixture Tuesday night.
Having gone two games without scoring, the 28-year-old striker wasted no time to break his drought by latching onto a well-measured lob into the box from Ander Herrera with a calm finish just two minutes into the game.
While stretching his enviable record of consecutive LaLiga matches to 243, Iñaki – who made his debut in December 2014 – also moved to third with 350 games behind Iker Muniain (508) and De Marcos (465) in the overall appearances ranking at Athletic Bilbao.
Hosts Getafe cancelled the early deficit through Carles Aleñá in the 27th minute.
Raúl García scored in the 62nd minute to make it 2-1 for Athletic but Getafe once more clawed their way back in with Moroccan Munir El Haddadi scoring 14 minutes later.
The two sides settled for a four-goal stalemate at the end.
Iñaki lasted the whole game. His latest goal is number 79 with 48 assists in 25,485 minutes in his 350 Athletic Bilbao games so far.
