Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Rahim showcased his talent by scoring two goals in AS Trencin’s commanding 4-0 win against Zlate Moravce in Slovakia’s top-flight league.
The match took place at Stadion na Sihoti, where Rahim played the full 90 minutes and earned a high rating of 9.1 for his performance.
The former Accra Lions star first put Trencin ahead in the 31st minute, thanks to an assist from teammate Sunday Jude.
He continued his impressive display by doubling his tally before halftime, further solidifying his team’s lead.
The second half saw Trencin continue their dominant performance, with additional goals from Njegos Kupusovic in the 54th minute and Artur Gadjos, who sealed the victory five minutes before the end of the game.
With this win, Trencin climbs to second place in the relegation group standings, while Zlate Moravce remains at the bottom after 27 rounds of play.
Rahim has been a pivotal figure for Trencin this season, featuring in 24 matches, scoring six goals, and providing one assist.
