Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) Communications Director, Ibrahim Sannie Daara, has made a shocking disclosure about his time with the Black Stars.
Despite serving the team for nearly a decade, Daara revealed that he did not receive any financial compensation for his work.
Daara’s comments come amidst controversy surrounding payments to Management Committee members of the senior national team.
Each member reportedly received $100,000 following Ghana’s participation in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Reacting to this in an interview with Sporty FM, Daara said: “When I was working with the Black Stars, I did not get anything,”
The former BBC Journalist currently works at Confederations of African Football as a Senior Media Officer.
