Hearts of Oak interim coach David Ocloo has assured fans the Phobians will bounce back when the Ghana Premier League resumes.
Hearts were eliminated in the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup after failing to beat Malian side AS Real Bamako.
They lost the tie 3-1 on aggregate after being defeated 3-0 in Bamako.
The MTN FA Cup champions champions have had a jerky start to the season in the domestic top-flight – lost to Aduana Stars and drew with Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko.
Speaking in an interview with Citi sports, Ocloo remains confident the team will return to winning ways.
“Management are supporting very well. They supported with everything. It’s unfortunate we didn’t progress [CAF Confederation Cup]. They did a yo-man job. Hearts will be more than ready when the season starts.” he stated
Hearts of Oak are now in search of a new head coach, having fired Samuel Boadu for poor performance.
