Hearts of Oak manager Slavko Matic is back in Ghana following a brief absence, the club announced on Friday morning.
The 46 year old tactician was granted permission by the club to travel to his native country, Serbia after the team’s 2-1 defeat to Bechem United on New Year’s Day.
In his absence, assistant coach David Ocloo steered the affairs and led the team to one win and one draw against Tamale City FC and King Faisal.
Matic has returned and is expected to resume his duties with the squad today.
Hearts of Oak will face FC Samartex in their next betPawa Premier League fixture on Sunday.
