Hearts of Oak are in negotiations with Aduana FC to sign forward Kelvin Obeng for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Kelvin has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Hearts of Oak and is prepared to make the move, pending agreement between the clubs.
Despite injuries, Obeng has been a key player for Aduana FC, contributing six goals and four assists in 25 appearances.
His addition is expected to enhance Hearts of Oak’s attacking options as they look to improve their fortunes next season
