Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Martin Koopman, has acknowledged that their game against Heart of Lions on Wednesday was a “tough one.”
The Phobians played a goalless draw against their opponents in the outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.
Both clubs failed to capitalize on opportunities that came their way.
This draw against Lions marks Hearts of Oak’s 14-game winless run on the road.
Koopman, in a post-game interview, expressed, “Again, tough game. The weather was also tough, especially in the first half, but in general, we are just not a little bit lucky.”
Hearts of Oak currently sit in 10th position on the league standings with 11 points, and their next match is at home against Legon Cities.
