Former Hearts of Oak chairman Harry Zakour has blamed the Board Members for the club’s poor performance in the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Phobians’ outing in the domestic top flight has been below expectations, leaving them in the relegation battle.
With one last game to be played this season, Hearts are among five clubs that could be relegated.
“Where the club is going now, they never in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th on the league.”
“We are not against anybody who is running the club. Togbe is doing his best, but he must have people to work with. If you look at the board, they do not understand football,” he told Asempa FM in an interview.
On the final weekend of the league, Hearts of Oak will play away to Bechem United on Sunday, June 16.
