The Nana Agyemang Badu I Park will take centre stage this weekend when Aduana FC host Medeama SC in one of the standout fixtures of the Ghana Premier League season.

The clash, set for Saturday, November 8, 2025, pits the league leaders against their closest challengers in what promises to be a thrilling contest between two in-form sides.

Aduana FC climbed to the summit of the table after a hard-fought 1-0 win over Eleven Wonders, their fourth straight victory and best run since 2021.

Under the guidance of Coach Cioba Aristica, the Dormaa-based side have combined defensive solidity with attacking precision, netting nine goals and conceding only four in eight games.

Their 100% home record this season has made their ground a fortress, and another win could see them open a significant gap at the top.

Medeama SC, however, arrive in Dormaa full of momentum. The Mauve and Yellow are unbeaten in their last five outings (three wins, two draws) and boast the league’s most potent attack with 13 goals scored so far.

Coach Ibrahim Tanko will hope his side can finally break their poor run in Dormaa, where they’ve never beaten Aduana in league history.

Their away form has been inconsistent since their opening-day victory at Young Apostles, but with just one point separating the two teams, Medeama are determined to change the narrative and make a strong statement in the title race.

Aduana have dominated recent home meetings between the two sides, winning three of their last five encounters, with the remaining two ending in draws.

With both clubs eyeing the top spot and carrying impressive form into the fixture, Saturday’s encounter has all the ingredients of a Ghana Premier League classic.
