Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, Samartex, have completed the signing of forward Abass Ganiyu.
The striker joins Samartex from demoted Ghana Premier League side Eleven Wonders on a two-year deal.
“Forward Ganiu Abass has joined us on a free transfer to chart the path of history with us. The sublime forward played for Techiman Eleven Wonders in the most recent season,” write the club on Twitter.
Samartex have already announced the signings of Emmanuel Keyekeh and Larry Sumaila from Kotoko and Hearts of Oak respectively.
Samartex will start the season with a trip to Tamale to play Real Tamale United.
