Goztepe have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Musah Mohammed from Bodrum on a three-and-a-half-year contract with an option to extend for a further year.
The 24-year-old has joined the Turkish Super Lig side after a successful stint with Bodrum, where he played a key role in their promotion to the top, scoring once and providing two assists in 21 appearances.
Goztepe’s Sporting Director, Ivan Mance, expressed satisfaction with the signing, highlighting Mohammed’s versatility and potential.
“Musah is a player we have been following for a long time, and we are very pleased to have brought him into our squad,” Mance said.
“He is a versatile footballer who can play in multiple positions.”
Mohammed’s experience and adaptability are expected to bolster Goztepe’s midfield as they navigate the remainder of the Super Lig campaign.
The Ghanaian midfielder is likely to make his debut against Konyaspor on February 8.
