Bibiani GoldStars have officially announced the signing of striker Samson Eduku ahead of the 2025/26 football season.

The 27-year-old forward joins the Miners after parting ways with Asante Kotoko at the end of the 2024/25 campaign.

He is reported to have signed a two-year contract with the reigning Ghana Premier League champions.

Eduku’s arrival is part of GoldStars’ ongoing effort to strengthen their squad as they prepare for a historic debut in the CAF Champions League.

He joins an expanding list of new recruits that includes Emmanuel Agyei, Emmanuel Fosu Kyei, Emmanuel Agyenim Boateng, Barimah Baah, Edward Agyemang, Emmanuel Kontor, and Emmanuel Ankrah.

Head coach Frimpong Manso will have the opportunity to test his revamped squad in the upcoming GHALCA Top Four tournament, set to kick off next month.

The Miners will also face FA Cup winners Asante Kotoko in the Champion of Champions match as part of their pre-season preparations.
